Our Commitment
to Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. By the end of 2024, we’d helped over 600 female and non-binary tech founders launch, grow, scale, fund and expand their tech companies internationally through our programmes. We’ll continue to do this through 2025, and beyond.
In 2024, we also launched our ‘Diversity Beyond Gender’ initiative. This extends our successful international female tech founder growth programme to other underrepresented groups including:
- the LGBTQ+ community
- founders of non-Nordic/Baltic ethnic heritage
- people with neurodiversity or functional impairments
- founders from the 50+ community.
