About the Programme
Empowering Women-Led Businesses in Norway
The Visa She's Next Award Programme, in partnership with Tech Nordic Advocates, gives three businesses in Norway a NOK 110,000 award comprising a NOK 55,000 cash grant together with a non-cash, in-kind business acceleration support package delivered by Tech Nordic Advocates worth NOK 55,000.
This programme is part of Visa's global commitment to supporting under-represented, undiscovered talent with cash grants, exposure, and inclusion to help their businesses thrive.
Three Recipients will be selected by an independent panel of judges and will join a global community of women entrepreneurs supported by Visa's She’s Next initiative — present in multiple countries and growing every year.

Business Acceleration Support Package
Non-cash, In-kind support package from Tech Nordic Advocates to help scale your business, with a value of NOK 55,000. This can not be exchanged to cash.

Media coverage and showcase opportunities through Visa & TNA platforms.
Who Can Apply
Eligibility Criteria
The award is open to female and non-binary persons who meet all of the following criteria:
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
The applicant´s business must be registered before 9 April 2025.
The applicant´s business must be registered in Norway.
The applicant´s business must have a website and/or active social media profile(s).
At least 25% of the business must be owned by female or non-binary shareholders. This is the cornerstone of the She's Next programme.

May - June 2026
Review & Shortlisting
Applications are reviewed and shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are notified about the next phase.
13 August 2026
Pitch Training
Shortlisted candidates are invited to pitch training delivered by Tech Nordic Advocates.
27 August 2026
Jury Pitch
The shortlisted candidates will be invited to pitch in front of a panel of judges who will then pick the three Recipients.
24 September 2026
Recipients Announced
Three recipient businesses are announced at the She's Next Awards' Ceremony. The award programme begins and the business acceleration support initiated.
