Norway as Female Tech Founder Frontrunner
A top-rated international accelerator programme
Helping ambitious female and non-binary founders in Norway scale and expand their tech businesses internationally – fast.
What is the Norway as Female Tech Founder Frontrunner programme?
Tech Nordic Advocates’ international accelerator programme – proven in Oslo and across the Nordics – will give you the know-how, tools, connections and confidence you need to take your startup to the next level. As well as a successful international scaleup school, expert 1:1 coaching and hands-on support, you’ll also get access to a powerful global network of tech entrepreneurs, investors and partners.
It all starts with a 2 x 2 day, i.e. four-day bootcamp over 2 weeks. If you’re successful at showing the Day 4 judges that you have scaleup and international expansion potential, you’ll move on to the five-month international accelerator. On average, at least 90% of bootcamp participants go through to the international accelerator. At the 2024 Oslo programme, the judges sent everyone through. If you’re too early to join the international accelerator, we’ll support you through our other programmes. No such thing as failure. Only learning and support.
Part 1: Cohort 1 - Early January 2026
The bootcamp
We’ve designed our bootcamp to “inspire, push and select” – help you to think bigger and move faster and help us choose participants for the programme at the right stage to ensure they benefit from the programme.
The bootcamp will run across Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim and Bergen, it’s two days a week over two weeks.
Part 2: Cohort 1 - End of January to June 2026
The International Accelerator
The five-month international accelerator is made up of four structured learning sprints, designed to help you grow your business with confidence.
The format of the four learning sprints includes:
interactive workshops, case studies and coaching
peer-to-peer support groups
demo days, pitch and networking events
collaboration with international embassies, partners and accelerators
trade missions to key markets like the UK, US and Canada
interactions with our global women-in-tech community
introductions to potential investors, clients and global industry leaders through the Global Tech Advocates’ network of 48 global tech hubs and 30,000 tech leaders
At the end of the accelerator, you will submit a scaleup and international expansion plan for your business. The international accelerator programme will give you the content you need for that.
