TECH NORDIC ADVOCATES is Northern Europe’s largest – and only pan-Nordic/Baltic (non-profit) – tech startup/scaleup ecosystem and women-in-tech community with offices and boots on the ground in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
By end 2024, we have helped over 600 female/non-binary tech founders launch, grow, scale, raise capital for and expand tech companies internationally, through programme.
In 2024, we have launched our wider ‘Diversity Beyond Gender’ programme, which expands the successful international female tech founder growth programme to other underrepresented groups including the LGBTQ+ community, founders of non-Nordic/Baltic ethnic heritage, founders with neurodiversity, functional impairment or founders from the 50+ community.
