eHealth/Welfare Tech
Tech Nordic Advocates, led by Jens Andersen, Sales & Director, Ascom Nordic, and Chair of Tech Nordic Advocates eHealthcare/Welfare Woking Group, and DTU MedTech are joining forces to build a Hospital Ecosystem for Smartphone Healthcare Apps. The impact of mobile workflows on Hospital operations is signifiant from an efficiency point of view, driving many new suppliers and start-ups to enter this area, following explosive user acceptance of Smartphone apps, and fuelling new plans and projects at Nordic Hospitals to meet this need. However, barriers to successful Smartphone app projects at hospitals are high and required effort underestimated. Tech Nordic Advocates and DTU MedTech are inviting start-ups to participate in creating of a common Smartphone Apps forum and ecosystem. The benefits are:
– Access to market through already established technology partners
– Funding of common projects between start-ups and Hospitals
– Match making between influencers, investors and technology partners
Look out for announcements of workshops on these topics in forthcoming communications.
Hold the date! The first eHealth/Welfare tech Working Group webex will be on 15 September 15:00 – 17:00. More info to follow on Podio.
FinTech
The next FinTech Working Group meeting will take place in October.
